For sanding by hand and for light machine sanding. The hard-wearing backing material ensures Mirka Hiomant is long-lasting with a super edge wear resistance. Hiomant coarser grits are appropriate for the sanding down of putty seams and hand sanding of wood. Finer grits are used mainly for sanding fine wooden surfaces.
